How do I Create an Account on Racemine?

You can create an account by visiting http://www.racemine.com/Account/Register. Our signup form is short and simple. We only ask for your rour name, email and password!

What if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your Racemine account password, you can visit the Reset My Password page. Fill in the email address that you intially registered with, hit submit, and an email will be sent containing a temporary password for you to login. Follow the instructions in the email to gain access and go to your Account Settings to set a new password.

If you do not receive an email, please remember to check your spanm/junk folder and be sure that the "racemine.com" domain is added to your safe sender's list.

Help, I don't see my race result?

If the event just recently happened, you may have to wait on the race organizer and/or timer to upload the results to Racemine.

I own a race event organization and/or I time events, how do I try this site out?

You may contact us directly and we will create a sample account for you to try. A representative will also contact you to discuss your goals and scope.

Directors and Merchant Accounts
A merchant account is needed for race directors to get lower rates on transactions and to receive your money faster. Stripe.com is the merchant account company that we recommend.
